Where is my Package?
Hasn't Arrived- International Economy Mail
Parcels shipped using International Economy Mail can take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive. If it has been 4 weeks or less, try to wait patiently--it could be right around the corner! If it has been more than 4 weeks, shoot us an email and we will give you a status update with the information we have available. Please be aware that this is an economy service so it is slow and tracking is not always perfect. You can also try calling your local post office and see if for some reason the package had any hang ups locally, which may prevent a return to sender.Hasn't Arrived - Domestic Economy Mail
Economy Mail takes approximately 4-8 business days to arrive. If it has been less than 8 days since your order has shipped, please be patient-- it is probably on its way! If it has been more than 8 days since it was shipped, please email us at support@annarbortees.com and we'll see if there have been any problems regarding the shipment.
