Where is my Package?
Order Status Details
Order status information is available on your account page here.
Domestic Shipping
Economy shipments are handled via the United States Postal Service (USPS), and are trackable at www.usps.com. Please allow 3-5 days for processing on all orders.
International Shipping
The United States Postal Service processes your shipment here in the United States, then passes the parcel along to your postal service for it's final shipment. Transit time is generally 4-8 weeks. Please allow 3-5 days for processing on all orders. Below are some examples of who the package arrives from based on your country.

- France - La Poste
* With all international shipping options, duties and taxes are based on local laws. While most of our packages arrive without any additional duties or taxes, this is something we cannot control. For information about how your country handles duties and taxes, call your local post office.

For domestic shipments, you can track your shipment at USPS
For international shipments, there is no tracking available.
Package Hasn't Arrived- International Mail
Parcels shipped internationally can take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive. If it has been 4 weeks or less, try to wait patiently--it could be right around the corner! If it has been more than 4 weeks, shoot us an email and we will give you a status update with the information we have available. Please be aware that this is an economy service so it is slow and tracking is not always perfect. You can also try calling your local post office and see if for some reason the package had any hang ups locally, which may prevent a return to sender.
Package Hasn't Arrived - Domestic Mail
Economy Mail takes approximately 4-8 business days to arrive. If it has been less than 8 days since your order has shipped, please be patient-- it is probably on its way! If it has been more than 8 days since it was shipped, please email us at support@annarbortees.com and we'll see if there have been any problems regarding the shipment.

Secure Shopping
The Ann Arbor T-shirt Company offers a secure shopping experience. Your data is safe over our secure connection. In addition, we do not retain any of your credit card data.
Payment Options: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, or Gift Cards
The Ann Arbor T-shirt Company accepts most credit cards, debit cards, and gift cards. For Debit Cards, we don't offer PIN verification services.
Payment Options: PayPal
PayPal is the leader in online payments. It acts as a middle man between you and the vendor. You trust PayPal with your payment processing, who then pays us.
Taxes
Locally collected taxes are included in the price of purchase. Any international duties and taxes are collected by your local postal service, where applicable. For more information as to whether or not you will be charged duties and taxes, call your local postal service.
Returns
How long do I have to make changes to my order?
If you need to make changes to a shipping address, shipping method or items in the order please let us know at support@annarbortees.com as soon as possible, within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request but please note that there is no guarantee that we will be able to make changes once the order is placed. Please consider all orders final. If you have received a Shipment Notification, it is safe to assume that you can no longer make changes to your order.
T-shirt Return Policies
When you receive your shirt, please inspect it carefully for any holes / damage / open seams. This is very rare, but sometimes we miss these defects and ship them out. If you find any problems, email us immediately at returns@annarbortees.com
We will accept exchanges on unworn shirts for up to 60 days. Worn shirts with bad stitching or a hole must be returned within a 14 days. Anything with a stain or marking must be returned within 7 days. Items that have been washed, dried, damaged, stain, smell strongly of smoke, covered in pet hair, or have been otherwise damaged are non-returnable.
Any shirts purchased in November / December may be returned / exchanged by January 14th.
Media and Other Merchandise Policies
If your merchandise is in any way defective, please email us at support@annarbortees.com immediately. Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 60 days from purchase. In the event that we do not have adequate stock to exchange your item, you will be awarded a refund.

Apparel Sizing
Standard Shirt Sizing
The Standard Tee is a fitted ringspun shirt. It's soft, smooth, and has a more fashionable fit than a unisex tee. Be aware, however, that they aren't preshrunk, so they may shrink slightly.
Chest:
Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
Waist:
Measure around natural waist with a measuring tape.

Not at this time.
If you're in town during business hours and would like to stop by our store front, you are welcome to! We do not stock or showcase any printed merchandise but if it is during production hours, we would be glad to print or sell any of the things from our store that we have available in shop.
